1. Acceptance of Terms

6. No Refunds and Cancellation

• Cancellation:You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing.
• No Retroactive Credits:Cancellation does not refund or credit prior charges, partial periods, or unused time.
• Access After Cancellation:Access may continue through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others, including inside community areas.
• Share login access, resell access, or distribute paid materials without permission.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services.

• Make false income claims or misleading statements about results.
• Impersonate LGM, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, or community moderators.

8. Content, IP, and License

• Ownership:The Services and all content provided by LGM are owned by LGM Services LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Limited License:We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for your personal use (or internal business use, if applicable) during your active membership.
• Restrictions:You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publish, or create derivative works from the content unless expressly permitted in writing by LGM.

9. Affiliate Program Terms

If you participate in the LGM affiliate program, you agree to comply with all affiliate rules, marketing guidelines, and compliance requirements that LGM publishes or provides. We strictly enforce these rules to protect customers, affiliates, and the company.

• Compliance Required:You must comply with FTC guidelines and clearly disclose affiliate relationships where applicable.
• No Spam:No unsolicited messages, automated mass messaging, illegal robocalls, or deceptive outreach.
• No Misleading Claims:No false or misleading income claims, lifestyle claims, or guaranteed result statements.
• No Brand Impersonation:No pretending to be LGM or representing yourself as an employee or official representative.
• Withholding Commissions:We may withhold, reverse, or deny commissions for suspected fraud, policy violations, chargebacks, disputes, payment failures, or other improper activity.
• Program Changes:We may update commission structures, payout rules, qualification requirements, and enforcement standards at any time.

In no event will LGM's total liability exceed the amount you paid to LGM in the prior 30 days, or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LGM Services LLC and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, abused the platform, or created risk for LGM or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services stops immediately.

14. Disputes and Venue
