Compliance Statement

This Compliance Statement describes LGM Services LLC ("LGM," "we," "us," "our") policies and expectations for customers, members, and affiliates. By using LGM services, you agree to follow these standards in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Our Commitment

LGM is committed to operating responsibly, ethically, and in alignment with applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and marketing rules. We expect the same from all affiliates and participants.

2. FTC Advertising and Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must follow Federal Trade Commission principles for truthful advertising and clear disclosures. This includes:

• Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously whenever you promote LGM.
• Do not make deceptive, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims.
• Do not imply you are an employee, agent, or official representative of LGM.

3. Earnings Claims and Income Representations

LGM strictly prohibits income guarantees, typical earnings claims, or statements implying that results are easy, automatic, or passive. Affiliates and members must not:

• Guarantee commissions, profits, or financial outcomes.
• State or imply that someone will earn money by joining.
• Present lifestyle or income claims without proper context and without linking to the Earnings Disclaimer.
• Use unrealistic language such as guaranteed, risk free, automatic, or quit your job.

Any testimonial or story must represent a real experience and must not imply typical results.

4. Responsible Promotion and Education Only

LGM provides educational content and tools. LGM does not place bets, act as a sportsbook, handle wagering funds, or guarantee outcomes. Marketing must reflect that LGM is education based and results depend on individual skill and effort.

5. Email Marketing and CAN SPAM Expectations

If you use email to promote LGM, you must comply with applicable rules for email marketing. At a minimum:

• Send only to people who have opted in or where you otherwise have lawful permission to email.
• Use truthful subject lines and sender information.
• Include a clear way to unsubscribe and honor opt out requests promptly.
• Do not scrape, buy, or harvest email lists for LGM promotion.

6. SMS and Ringless Voicemail Consent Standards

LGM may implement SMS and ringless voicemail outreach in the future. If and when these channels are used, consent is required.

• Honor STOP or opt out requests immediately.
• Do not use deceptive caller identification or misleading messaging.
• Follow all applicable telemarketing and consumer protection rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

To protect consumers and the company, the following are prohibited:

• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or mass cold outreach that violates platform policies or law.
• False scarcity, fake countdowns, fake viewer counts, or deceptive pricing claims.
• Impersonation of LGM or its owners, staff, moderators, or other members.
• Misleading representations about refunds. LGM has a no refunds policy unless required by law.
• Any fraudulent activity including chargeback abuse, identity misuse, or manipulation of tracking.

8. Affiliate Tracking and Platform Tools

LGM uses internal tracking and back office tools to attribute referrals and support operations. Affiliates must not attempt to manipulate, bypass, reverse engineer, or interfere with tracking systems.

9. Enforcement and Remedies

LGM may enforce compliance standards at its discretion to protect consumers and the integrity of the platform. Actions may include:

• Warnings and required corrective actions
• Removal of noncompliant marketing content
• Withholding, reversing, or denying commissions tied to violations, fraud, disputes, or improper activity
• Account suspension or termination

10. Reporting Compliance Concerns

If you believe an affiliate or member is making misleading claims, spamming, or violating these standards, report it to: support@lgmmail.co

11. Updates

LGM may update this Compliance Statement from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised statement.
