Binding Acceptance

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using LGM Now services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

Your electronic acceptance during signup, account creation, or checkout constitutes a legally binding electronic signature and enforceable contract.

Services Provided

LGM Now provides access to educational programs, digital training materials, community features, tools, resources, and related services.

All services and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

No Guarantees and Earnings Disclaimer

LGM Now makes no guarantees regarding income, earnings, business success, or specific results.

Any examples, illustrations, or testimonials presented through the platform are not typical and are provided solely for informational or illustrative purposes.

Individual results depend on many factors, including personal effort, experience, skill, consistency, market conditions, and circumstances outside the Company’s control.

Participation in LGM Now does not create any employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or guaranteed business opportunity.

Payment Terms

All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise expressly stated.

If your purchase includes recurring billing, your subscription will automatically renew according to the billing terms presented at checkout unless canceled before the next billing date.

All fees are non-transferable.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, services, and immediate access to materials, all sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by LGM Now.

If a specific offer or promotion includes a written refund policy, any refund request must be made within the stated time period and must comply with the stated requirements.

Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal may result in immediate termination of access to all services, materials, and associated rights.

Access and Account Use

LGM Now grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your personal use only.

• You may not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You may not permit any other person to access your account.
• You may not resell, transfer, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform or its materials.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, systems, methods, processes, documents, videos, training, graphics, downloads, and other materials made available through LGM Now are the exclusive property of LGM Now and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any materials.
• You may not record, screen capture, archive, or transmit training or platform content without express written permission.
• You may not create derivative works, competing programs, or similar materials based on Company content, systems, or methods.
• You may not sell, share, license, or disclose any portion of the program or its materials to any third party.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination and may subject you to legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, attorneys’ fees, and any other remedies available by law.

Non-Solicitation and Non-Circumvention

During your participation in LGM Now and for a period of twelve (12) months following your last date of access, you agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, recruit, or attempt to enroll LGM Now customers into competing programs or offers using Company materials, systems, strategies, or confidential information.

You further agree not to use Company content, methods, or resources to create, market, or promote any competing offer that is derived from or substantially based on LGM Now materials or systems.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in conduct that harms the Company, its community, its customers, or its operations.

• Misrepresenting your relationship with LGM Now.
• Claiming to be an employee, partner, representative, or agent of the Company when you are not authorized to do so.
• Engaging in unlawful, deceptive, misleading, abusive, or unethical practices.
• Interfering with the operation, security, reputation, or integrity of the platform or community.

Termination

LGM Now reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of this Agreement, misuse of the platform, unlawful conduct, chargebacks, or any other reason the Company deems necessary to protect its business, users, or operations.

Termination of access does not waive the Company’s right to pursue legal or equitable remedies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LGM Now shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services, materials, platform, or any third-party tools or services.

You understand and agree that your use of the services is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LGM Now, its owners, officers, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the services, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Modifications

LGM Now may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and LGM Now regarding your purchase, access, and use of the services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous discussions, communications, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

Survival

Any provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property protections, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions, and post-access restrictions, shall survive termination or expiration of your access.
